This gorgeous cake is made with organic chopped, roasted hazelnuts and freshly grated beetroot, and spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Filled and topped with a lactose-free cream cheese frosting, and finished with rice-paper wafer roses.

A luscious cake, made with organic carrot and coconut, with crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts. Spiced with cinnamon, Jamaica allspice, ginger and Madagascar vanilla seeds. Mocha Chocolate Cake (lactose-free)
A luscious chocolate cake: two layers of divinely soft, moist sponge, made with Fairtrade organic cocoa powder and gluten-free flours. Filled and frosted with a lactose-free cream cheese chocolate frosting made with organic dark chocolate and a spoonful of strong coffee: utterly irresistible!
