I love this luscious chocolate cake – and so did the judges at the 2019 FreeFrom Food Awards – they gave it a Gold award.

New! Vegan Rum Cake

My new favourite cake! You'd never guess this lush cake is gluten-free, dairy-free AND egg-free!

It's made with lots of organic ingredients: my own special blend of gluten-free flours, soya drink, silken tofu, rapeseed oil, unrefined cane sugar and Madagascar vanilla. And lashings of Kingston 62 Jamaica rum.

But the 'icing on the cake' is the gorgeous rum & vegan butter glaze that's poured over the cake – twice – so it gets a really good soaking. Yum yum!
