This is my best-selling chocolate cake: fabulous with coffee, or with berries and cream for a scrumptious dessert. Dark, moist and rich, made with organic ground almonds, dark organic Fairtrade chocolate and Appleton Jamaica Rum, with a dash of almond essence. Gluten-free
This cake is meant to be slightly underdone, so it's lovely and squidgy in the middle: serve on a plate, with a fork.
