These loaf cakes are a buttery delight. Made with organic butter, lemons and almonds, and just a couple of spoonsful of gluten-free flour. I prick the top and squeeze half a lemon over the cake while it's still warm from the oven, which gives the sponge a real lemon kick. Once it's cool, I drizzle the top with a thin lemon glaze – it sets like frost on a lawn. Utterly gorgeous. All ingredients gluten-free
