All my cakes are gluten-free, made using the finest ingredients, organic wherever possible.

My favourites - made with locally grown, seasonal fruit, vegetables or flowers - include Spiced Apple Cake in October, Ruby Red Cake (made with organic beetroot and cranberries) in January, Lemon & Lavender Cake in July.

Cake Club membership includes UK mainland postage and packing. Membership lasts for 12 months, and you can start at any time of the year.

Cakes are despatched in the middle of each month and delivered to you the next day by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
