Christmas just ain't Christmas without a couple of Mince Pies!

So here are some gorgeous Eccles Mince Pies, made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients, so everyone can enjoy them.

Made with organic mincemeat mixed with a generous spoonful of Wray & Nephew Overproof Jamaica Rum, and grated organic Bramley apples so it's not too sweet. Wrapped in a Jus-Roll gluten-free & dairy-free puff pastry case, brushed with egg white and sprinkled with unrefined sugar before baking.

I love Mince Pies gently warmed and dredged with icing sugar, before serving with a dollop of something creamy!

These pies are around 6cm round, and each weighs about 35g. I make them pies by hand, and each is an individual, so sizes are not exact!

Each pack comes with a sachet of unrefined organic icing sugar to sprinkle.
